Brittney Williams is Administrator at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley. She completed her Personal Care Home Administrator's training and received her license in July 2024. Prior to that, Brittney worked as a Personal Care Assistant for three and a half years.

She graduated from Penn State Behrend/DuBois as Physical Therapy Assistant. In her free time, Brittney enjoys playing pickleball and softball with her church. She also loves spending time with her family, especially her six nieces and nephews.

Joann Holzer is the Director of Resident Care, a role created to provide added support for residents, families, and staff. She began her healthcare journey at age 13 caring for her grandmother after surgery, and was inspired by a family deeply rooted in nursing. She started her career working with adults with physical and mental disabilities before earning her LPN in 2014. Joann then spent six years as a traveling nurse across the country, gaining a wide range of clinical and leadership experience.

She is passionate about creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff, with a care philosophy rooted in compassion, patience, and empathy.

In her free time, Joann enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, traveling, quilting for veterans, baking, crocheting, and spending time with their two cats.

Genevieve Anderson, LPN, is the Resident Care Coordinator at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley. She previously served as an LPN in The Villas at St. Paul’s Senior Living Community and brings valuable experience and a passion for caring for others to her role.

Originally from Minnesota, Genevieve is one of 11 children. After high school, she joined the U.S. Navy, serving as a cook in San Diego and later spending three and a half years in Puerto Rico, where she met her husband. She and her family lived in Beaver County for more than 20 years before moving to Fredonia, Pa., two years ago.

Genevieve and her husband have two sons and four grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and loves hunting especially archery.

Bev Parker serves as Administrative Assistant at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley, where she welcomes visitors, assists with tours and helps keep the residence running smoothly. Her responsibilities include billing and accounts payable, payroll, scheduling and providing administrative support to residents, families and team members.

Before joining the team at The Ridgewood, Bev was a Spanish teacher and spent five years living in Mexico, where she learned Spanish while teaching English. She also enjoyed a career with the U.S. Postal Service before retiring.

A native of New Wilmington, Pa., Bev now lives in Neshannock, Pa., with her family. She is the proud grandmother of six grandchildren. Outside of work, Bev enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through walking and running.
