Mickie Chapman, LPN
Administrator
Mickie Chapman, LPN and Administrator at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley has a unique and evolving career journey from providing direct patient care on the floor to eventually guiding operations as an administrator.
Mickie has been an LPN for 29 years and has been employed by St. Paul's Senior Living Community for 27 years. Currently, Mickie also is the Administrator at The Ridgewood at St. Paul's. She had been Administrator at The Heritage at St. Paul's and before that was the Resident Care Coordinator there.
Blending clinical insight with compassionate leadership, her firsthand knowledge and command of team dynamics ensures and shapes the overall quality of care.

Brittney Williams
Administrator-In-Training
Brittney Williams is Administrator-In-Training at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley. She completed her Personal Care Home Administrator's training and received her license in July 2024. Prior to that, Brittney worked as a Personal Care Assistant for three and a half years.
She graduated from Penn State Behrend/DuBois as Physical Therapy Assistant. In her free time, Brittney enjoys playing pickleball and softball with her church. She also loves spending time with her family, especially her six nieces and nephews.

Samantha Solyan, LPN
Resident Care Coordinator
Samantha Solyan is the Resident Care Coordinator at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley where she has worked since 2010. She holds an associate’s degree from LTI and earned her LPN from Choffin Career and Technical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She has served the residents as a personal care attendant and the head nurse and accepted her current position winter 2019. "I am thrilled to put my education and experience into practice to better serve our residents and families."
She lives in Sharon where she enjoys baking, cooking and watching movies.

Cheryl Redmond
Administrative Assistant
Cheryl Redmond, administrative assistant, joined The Ridgewood Shenango team in 2014. Cheryl has two daughters, a son-in-law, and three grandsons. She enjoys swimming and working outside — mowing, weeding, and gardening. She also loves music, especially live performances. Cheryl resides in Hermitage. She likes her job because, “I get to meet new people all the time. I always stay busy and the days fly by. I leave at night knowing I haven’t changed the world, but maybe made someone else’s day easier.”
